Today we fixed the run roof!

I hope that fixes it. I also put linoleum in the coop today. Yesterday we planted fun things like peas, zucchini, and pumpkins!

We also discovered how much our chickens LOVE figs. It is a good thing, because we have a huge fig tree. My daughter has been picking them and tossing them to the chickens.

It looks like someone is learning to be handy, great job

Nobody wanted to come out of the coop this morning. All I heard was fussing. I opened the door & told them to sleep in for me!

We have this ridiculous rain too! The first test of the new roof. It works perfectly and the chickens are hopping around happy and dry!

Guess where I am on this rainy day. My favorite store.

Last night just I was falling asleep I thought of why I had cut a board to the wrong length. That thought saved me some grief. Lol. Like I said, my plans kind of develop as I go.
