Oh! Sorry I didn't know you hadn't seen the air cells before. Maybe we can find you a picture. Usually the aire cell is a small lighter circle at one end.

There is an image shown down the page on that link. Try looking at both ends of the egg and move your light to the side if you need to. You will have better luck seeing it if you go into a dark room and let your eyes adjust a minute.
