I have been thinking about roasted duck for a couple of weeks now. I have been trying to avoid thinking about all of the extra male muscovies and what to do with them. I know that I won't be able to keep them for a long period of time, so unfortunately, some of them will turn in to roasted duck. I hope that I don't sound horrible. Please everyone don't shoot me for saying that.

I tell you what I do with my Muscovy ducks. Put them in a roaster breast up. Surround them with cut up smoked sausage and bell pepper, onion, and celery. Pour in a can of chicken stock to make a gravy. Now get this, bake for an hour then drizzle with Steen's cane syrup, bake another hour drizzle again but leave lid off and bake for 30min.. It is awesome!

Black Steen's syrup, when you taste the syrup strait dont seem that it would be that good, but I promise it's like it turns sweet, IDK but its good.

Well this morning I'm disgusted and excited at the same time.

Disgusted because I forgot a 2" crack in my truck window last night. This morning I left for work and my entire dash was wet, leather steering wheel peeling, driver seat soaked, water in door pocket. Just horrible. I have it in the shop at work with doors open and a huge fan blower through it to dry. Rrrrrrrrrrr cant believe I did that..

Excited because... here wait...

myself for yall. It rained like crazzy this morning. I think my chickens where happy to be wet.
