Has anyone ever processed a duck? Is it easier than processing a chicken? What about plucking the feathers? Am I up for a challenge with these ducks? How long does it take to process a duck? From the looks of things, I will have to process about 20 male ducks.

Good morning to all .

My wife has decided to let me live here after yesterday's addition to the family . lol

2 mutts , African grey , Conure , Quaker , Parakeet , 10 Golden Laced wyans , RIR , Barred Rock , Sexlink , 12 Modena pigeons , 12 Indian Fantail pigeons , 4 Satinette pigeons , 2 Satinettte squabs (2 days old ) Solid white racing homers , and 8 Buff Orphs

. If we had a pear tree I would put a Partrige (sp) in it most likely .
