White coat hilton? Code words for HOSPITAL????????????

Yes kuntrygirl I actually had several seizures on Monday and the EMTs were here during 1 of them so they toted me off for a bit. Put me through literally 50 different tests and have to go back for three more. Was not a good day

Mike, glad you're feeling better. Hope that they get things figured out soon.

Interesting things are going on with my goslings. The four saddlebacks that I thought would be blue saddlebacks are changing colors. I think that three of them are still saddlebacks but now appear to be showing buff coloration. Each day some of their feathers seam to be turning a pinkish buff color. The other gosling I thought was going to be solid white but it is also showing buff changes. Just when I thought I had them figured out they've thrown me for a loop.

The two blue ones are still blue. One of the blue ones is developing very nicely. The feathers are coming in thick and very curly. That one is my favorite of the two blue ones and I think it is beginning to sound like a female. Friday I plan to pluck feathers from each of my goslings and send them off for dna testing so that I can know once and for all what I have in the way of gender. One female will be making a road trip to you but I don't know which one yet. We'll see what dna testing says.

I'll be putting updated pictures of the goslings in the next day or two.

Your gander is a splash. The mother is a blue saddleback and therefore your gander could end up being blue and white because the colors in sebbies are sexlinked. Your gander is also carrying the saddleback gene so when bred to another saddleback or saddleback carrier will produce saddleback offspring. You will want to bred him to a blue female if possible -- even better if the blue female was a saddleback gene carrier. I think that the two blues I have are saddleback carriers but I'm not 100% sure. Also, all whites supposedly carry a blue gene so if bred to a white you should get some blue offspring as well.
