I know that alot of us live in the country. I'm not sure how well your cell phone service is at your house but ours was horrible. Had to put the phone in a window just to send a text. Well some friends that live close to us bought a zBoost and they get 3g service. Bought one and it works wonderful!! We now have 3 bars and 3g in the house!! Cool on your blue marans! Yep, awfully quiet. Today was pretty crappy. Got a certified letter from my seasonal job that I have been at for 3 years, working my ass off all winter, every weekend, all weekend...now they "no longer need my services." Wow, after I did the job of 2 people for all this time, while others sit on their asses and gossip, this is what I get? Thank god I got on at the Post Office recently, better money and year round work, but I was hoping to be able to juggle the 2 for a while and save up some $$$.

It's not been a great day for me either. Been in the bed mostly... real sore from getting my injection yesterday. Hoping I feel better tomorrow!!

Good morning, glad to see the sun up. It was a long night for us; twice Jim rolled over in his sleep & was yanked wide awake by the pain from his broken leg -- he finally gave in & took a pain pill at 2 a.m. so is finally sleeping sound.

TBJumper that sucks about your job -- at least you do have the other one to fall back on. I can't do any more serious looking until Jim "graduates" to a walking cast in a few weeks.

I finally found somebody to come tomorrow morning & cut up that big pecan tree for firewood - will be glad to get it out of the way so we can bushog back there!

Terri, when should I put nesting boxes in for the pea girls to lay eggs.? Do you know how big I should go?
