"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

i wanted to see how long it would take me before i processed all my broilers so i did one today, from breathing to the bag it took about 20 mins, and i think i can improve on that, so im pretty sure saturday will be the day, they sure gonna be tastey:drool

LOL @ breathing to the bag. 20 minutes? You are GOOD!!! It takes me an hour to process ANYTHING! I'm super slow. I would starve to death if people were waiting on me for dinner. :/

Take pics of your meal so we can see that tasty bird. Good job!

Happy Friday everyone! I emailed about NPIP certification and was told my info would be forwarded to my parish vet...dayssssssss later....nothing. How long will this wait be? I know we move a lil slower in the south, but WOW! LOL

I called Dr. Barrington when I wanted to get mine done and he gave me the number to the person that I needed to talk to. I got him on the first try the same day. He told me that when he would call me back to give me a date. Within 24 hours, I was scheduled for my NPIP testing. No problems for me.

Perhaps you can ask him for that person's name and number and you can call them yourself?

Are pluckers expensive? Because I'm cheap.

I guess that's what I'll have to do. Dr. Barrington said he would forward that info, and I haven't heard anything else, so maybe Monday I will try Dr. Barrington again. Thanks for the info.
