"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

Good afternoon La-yers! where did this morning go? I spent mine in the eye Dr office w/my Dad's followup from his 2nd cataract sugery; all went well, Now I have to go back at 3:00 for MY eye checkup.

Bread dough in the oven on 2nd rise before baking, & have a crockpot of red & pinto beans going for supper.

We spent the afternoon tarping & tying down our old greenhouse but it worked - it's still standing! So are all the chickens, chicklets, peas & guineas. Whoo-hooo!

What time is dinner Terri? Bread? Beans? :drool

my google-fu is weak today. i cannot find anything online, and the few places i've called weren't able to help.

sooooo, whilst i am testing software today - does anyone know somewhere in/close to Baton Rouge, where i can purchase tilapia fingerlings?
I'm sorry to give you bad news, but I don't think you'll be able to purchase tilapia fingerlings (legally at least). Tilapia culture is very strictly regulated in Louisiana because it is an invasive species. I believe the Dept of Wildlife and Fisheries will only issue a permit for a commercial operation.

Have you considered other native species? I'll try to dig up a little information and will let you know if I find anything good. :)
