Is there anyone around the Lake Charles / Iowa area that has some extra figs I can pick?  My grandparents really like them, but I don't know where to get any!  I've seen a few people selling them on FB, but nobody within a reasonable distance.

Looks like they grow fast. Seems like you hatch year around LOL I don't know how you do it. I get all pumped up come Jan and Feb then come May I tired of hatching. Do you have any pics of your full grow white peas.

Yes, they do. I'm the same as you. I get all pumped up but within a few months, I'm exhausted and I wish the hatching would stop. I tried to control the duck hatching this year but they fooled me. I was picking all of the eggs but then the girls got smart and caught on to what I was doing and started flying out of the chicken yard and hiding their eggs. That's when more hatching started. :/

Yes, here is a pic of my white pea. She started a fight with a 2 month old chick and lost. I will try to get a better pic of her close up and post for you to see.

The guy that is interested in buying a stag from you would like to know more about the blood line and price. Can you PM me that info so that I can forward it to him?

I've written before that the chickens literally take turns standing in the bird bath on hot days. Tonight when I went out to lock up the girls, one of them had laid an egg in the bird bath. Lol. I have never seem them do anything but stand in it, I wish I had seen her squatting in that bird bath while the others waited their turn. Lol
