Ugh. The real setback to being a farm girl..... I feel awful but had to tend to my animals before myself. Have too many critters relying on me to just mope.

I broke down & paid $20 to have my car detailed this morning. I can't stand to touch it w/lovebugs on it.

I drove just past Hammond (from BR) on Tuesday and on my way back into BR I had to stop at Bennie's and scrub my car and run it through the car wash. What a mess those bugs are!!

I went to a moving sale last weekend. I saw the rooster bowl and loved it. I also loved the chicken print. The bowl was a kitchen prop in the movie Pitch Perfect. Anyway, she said if I paid $15 for the bowl she would throw in the print for free. When I got home I looked closer at the print. Turns out it is a signed numbered Beth Cummings print worth several hundred dollars. It had authentication on the back. Go figure, I just liked the chickens.
