"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

If I'm not mistaken. You are talking bout a hatch lift. It looks like a small shock. They run about 25 to 35 bucks. Just so happens I run a parts store in lake charles. Take a pick of what you need and send me a pm. Be glad to help.
No, one of the hinge pins for the rear glass(back hatch) fell out to get one you have to buy the whole hinge. They don't have it listed separate for her rig on the GM site I looked on (pretty good one too) The auto parts folks I have to deal with in Leesville don't generally know a spark plug from a block pug.

Most just know that both, end in plug (warm bodies is all)

LOL

Maybe with your resources you may be able to locate her one. I don't know any other options than the "stealership" or junkyard, honestly. At least you're in the right vicinity on the car

LOL I always go on the 'puter here and get my numbers in hand before I head off to town to get my parts LOL and most still want to know what I'm working on right off the bat.

After I get them to get me right part, then I'll go thru all that 'rigamarole' for the warranty purposes an all. Not trying to cramp your style here

but there's just very few "parts people" out there anymore. 'bout the same can be said for "mechanics" too

Most Animal Control employees are just there to collect a paycheck, not in helping the animals, I volunteered at one a few years back to try to help the animals and give back to the community I was in. Did everything from cleaning cages and pens to paperwork and fixing fencing and equipment, and bringing out own lawn equipment to manicure the grounds. I had to quit when they gat a medium size female dog with a litter of 5 pups, and they would not feed her enough to survive on much less nurse the pups. They said it had become too costly to feed her since her milk was not enough for the 5 pups and after having her only 3 days and she had nothing wrong with her a little more food would not fix, decided to put her down. They only gave her a half dose of the amount they should have, brought the pups in and killed them in front of her as she tried to lick them to wake them up and let her watch every on them die, before finally killing her. She was a sweet dog from what I could see, and seemed to be trying to be the best mama she could, with as little as she was getting to eat. Plenty food was being donated and they were feeding the dogs they favored more than they could finish, so it wasn't that they did not have the food. I quit right then and there. I could not take her in at the time, because I was living in a fema trailer at the time with 2 cats and on someone's unfenced property, that had several large dogs themselves. They had already given her the half shot by the time I got there. These Animal control people, in my opinion are cruel and heartless. This shelter I am talking about favored cats and had the cats in a separate air conditioned room with toys for each cat and a rocking chair to hold the cats and love up on them. It was heartbreaking to see them treat this dog this way!

Cruel people there! I could never work for a shelter because of the things I hear about them, I would end up taking everyone home.

SICK, SICK, SICK PEOPLE!!!  How horrifying!!!  I wish we had the ASPCA here.

This is a sad story.

I had thought about volunteering my time at our local animal control center but then changed my mind because if their practices are not up to my standards and the animals are not being treated right, it would not be pretty for them. I would be on the news and my story would be in the newspaper.

Good morning peeps!

X 2! Hoping that rain comes our way starting tomorrow & Sat.

Have 5 pea eggs in the bator. Not sure they are fertile this late in the season but we'll see what happens.

Rain is headed today but only 30% chance. Tomorrow is 60% chance and more. The ducks and geese will LOVE IT!

I hope the eggs are fertile. I only 1 had fertile out of 5. I will see if the eggs that are under my duck and chicken are fertile. I think they are 2 weeks into setting. I may move them to the incubator.
