"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

I thought that but wasn't going to say anything.

Yeah thats almost as smart as someone griping about the food service before they receive their meal, one could get some unsuspected prizes with those kinds of actions huh?

Jeff

PS oh yeah someone asked what breed of dog my boy is, he is a Louisiana Catahoula Leopard Dog, born and bred in the Atchafalya river basin a true Louisianian/American breed through and through, all three of my dogs are just that, the best kind, and just what they were bred for here in the Great State of Louisiana an everything(universal) kind of dog. Can ya'll tell I'm sort of a fan of the breed?

Your dog is beautiful Jeff!

I just talked to the vet office. Winnie just came out of anesthesia & I can pick her up at 2:00 & bring her home. Thanks for the good thoughts.

The customer-from-hell apologized to our Supervisor (who went back out there to see what exactly his problem was). He said he “misunderstood his intentions”. OK. Whatever. My Boss said poor little guy just needs a friend (but not any of us).

LOL – yes, don’t think we aren’t tempted sometimes…..sometimes it IS our fault & we do make it right, but when we are “Public Enemy #1” & being chewed on for no good reason, it is VERY tempting to – ooops! Accidentally cut that power off!

And then lose the work order for a few days….

I love the brindle color pattern - that's one of the prettiest in my books. Glad you're feeling better Jeff.

Yes, I'm the same way - I admit I do think better of my dogs then some people. They're better behaved, too.

lol, fortunately I do not have anything to do with the work orders and cutoffs - I probably wouldn't last too long myself if I did!

Here is my boy BJ he is a survivor of Parvo too I doctored and babied back to health after about 3 days of continuous watch and regular syringes of beaten eggs shot down his throat many times 24/3 and gatoraid and juices for re-hydration. We did it he pulled thru and is a good boy too. I had to search all day before finally finding him under a huckleberry bush where he had crawled off to die. I just happened to get a glimpse of his red collar as I was passing by it on the wheeler. I toted him back home and set up hospitalization for him and it was on then. I had saved one before by the same methods got to love them to be so committed to such for sure. Yes he still gets up in my lap too like a puppy even though he doesn't fit anymore but he is content doing it even though he is laying there in a most uncomfortable way it does seem, LOL Jeff
This warms my heart and makes me happy, happy ,happy. Hope there is no next time but if there is...New studies find that dogs have a hard time digesting raw egg whites. Raw yokes are fine, and cooked whites. When my parents breed dogs many years ago we added raw eggs to the food. I don't remember them having any problems, but that's the current info on feeding dogs. Your boy looks like he's in top condition. Happy and healthy is he Catahoula? Did you get him from Abney Catahoula's ? Pam

Thank God no one saw this!...(I hope)...
My husband let Horn Dog Harry out of the barn stall this morning.  I usually wait until I'm back home from dropping kids off at school, because the neighbors dogs roam until around 8 am.  Welllll, I drove my SUV out to check on him and the chickens, had "good" slide on sandals.  Got out of car and Harry came running over.  Thought I'd check for eggs, lift the lid...and Harry starts attacking!  I start kicking, trying to get a shoe off to beat him with...falling all over the place.  My "street dog" Millie comes running over because I'm yelling at Harry at this point (probably cussing too).  Millie runs up, Harry turns on her, she yelps and gives me a "what the hell?" look, and then an "you're on your own" look, and starts backing up.  By this time, I've managed to grab an empty bucket and start swinging it.  Playing "golf Harry"  he FINALLY backs off.  I keep the bucket and add a feed scoop and work his butt around the chicken coop a few time.  GEESH!!!  The little turd!!!  Here I was reconsidering keeping him....not anymore.   I felt like an idiot too!!!  I hope my neighbors didn't see it...I'm sure I was VERY entertaining!!  :/

Big Belly Laugh !!! We had a horn dog harry type when I was Young. You just reminded me of watching my sister running in circles rooster right behind her. She was screaming Daddy, Daddy, Daddy!! All I could do was lay on the ground cracking up !!!:lau

Or the extra ingredient in your food Jeff mentioned. Lol. And a salon hair cutter told me that the "revenge" hair cut really does exist. Basic rule: be nice to anyone that has some part of your life in their control. Lol. Really I do try to be nice to everyone, but if I'm going to go off in a restaurant, I don't then eat there lol. JS.
