I am being harassed by an old bitty canner that thinks she is the water bath canning police! Gah!

I posted the chutney recipe for some other canners that asked for it. And because I substituted the onion pepper mixture for 1 cup of the dried fruit this old lady is going off about it. SMH!!! Jeeze. Some people need to get a life. I tested the ph and it was fine. I told her that and its like people like that don't even read your comments! It must be stressful to live like that. Hahaha!

Some people have nothing else to live for except what they think they "know".

Momma all the way! She is doing such a great job right now and can teach them so much more than I can...Like where the good bugs are. If there seems to be a problem than I will take over but I think she is going to see this all the way threw. I have 2 eggs left to go and I will take more pictures soon, she gets feisty when I try to lift her and I just finished checking under her. I have the nest box inside a larger cardboard box so she could move around while she was brooding. The lip on the nest box is high and the babies can't get back in so I put wetened chick feed inside the nest box. As soon as I put it in there she started talking up a storm and taught them how to eat. When they all hatch I will remove the nest box (so they can move around more and figure out how to drink) and give them a few days in the bigger box alone. Then it is to the coop and free ranging with momma. Right now she is making tunnels with her wings again and letting the little ones in there.

Ahhhh.....I want some babies!!!! Congrats! What a wonderful experience.

That stinks!! Sorry to hear it. You are supposed to get the legbar flock started, so we can all buy our birds from you.
