We shouldn't judge others because they Sin differently. This is a one sided statement. I found dozens of studies...example The above is just one County's stats for the time frame but there are dozens upon dozens of studies done revealing similar causes of death by race and while the races vary slightly leading causes are the same for both. I'm against stupidity also. But I don't see color.

That is why the Bible says we are all from the same CLAY(organic matter) in the flesh, not BLOOD, as is often misquoted as, each race has their own predisposed genetic health problems, but health is greatly influenced by our surroundings and what we eat, is #1, like obesity, for example. Inner city kids, which are where most ethnic people on food stamps reside, do not exercise as much as their counterparts on the country farms, where they eat better and get exercise, tending their animals and gardens. Country people, IMHO, regardless of color, are better disciplined and have better manners. I never heard of a "gun toting gangs of hoodlums" in the country and small towns like you do in the city. N. O., where I was brought up, during segregation, in a very diverse neighborhood, is a good example. Everyone respected each other, but stayed to their own kind, kind to others and saying good morning over the fences and sharing things from their gardens and fruit trees. Everyone got along with dignity and respect and we could all live in safety and peace. Now, I am afraid to walk any street in New Orleans! The crime and gangs are horrible for everyone and every race who lives there! During the millennium, the bible tells us that everyone will be allotted land and separated by ethnicity, equal, but separate. I am not saying this, GOD did ! God loves all his children, but he also told us how to stay safe and orderly. There are good and bad in all races, but when separated, every race will take care of disciplining their own offspring, without prejudice! Just telling it like I see I, living in all different neighborhoods, for a very long time and practicing God's word over man's ! I rather be morally correct rather than politically correct!

Country people are better disciplined and have better manners? In which city and state and which medieval time? Uh, there were/are plenty of gun toting hoodlums in the country. History has documented the country gangs toting guns on their horses and killing people and vandalizing and burning people's property. This was going on way before New Orelans. Their are some country hoodlums as well. I know some that live by me and I wouldn't give them a cup of chicken fertilizer from my chicken coop or a pile of crazy ants so that they can start an ant farm. I wish they would move the HECK out of the country somewhere else and hitch up their trailers and the trailer skirting and haul it off to the closest land fill and dump it right there along with all of the trash (cigarettes packs, cigarette butts and beer cans - which is a great landmark that I describe for people that need to find my house) in their yard. A lot of these country people have poor health because they are too poor (may not be their fault because of their social status or their life situations) to afford insurance and their bodies look it (which may attribute to those stats that were posted earlier). Most have no dental insurance and the last 7 teeth that they have in their mouth are either rotten or hanging on by a thread. I think I better stop while I'm ahead. I feel that little child in me that is about to burst out and say something that could be construed as offensive. I feel that every person is given opportunities in life. What they do with that is up to them. Stick a fork in me cause I'm done.

Lovely. An 18-wheeler was making some delivery to Inglewood & the truck was apparently quite tall, as it ran right through the phone line in front of my folks’ house. HOWever! I just got through talking to a REAL LIVE person at AT&T! they DO exist! So I explained that my folks’ phone isn’t working because their phone line is laying in their front yard right now. AT&T said it will be fixed by tomorrow. They have a cell phone so they aren’t totally without communication.

Imagine, there really are real live people at the phone company!

On our street, when we were having furniture delivered, both of us had to take a notched 2x4 and lift both TV and cable lines up and over the top of the truck, because we are the only house not with Charter! Honest ! finally, when the garbage truck finally tore the lines down, the lines got so low, they came out and fixed them. Now, I am told, a guy who owns the land half way down the block is letting his grand daughter and her hubby put a 75 foot trailer on his land. With a very sharp S turn a block down from my dead end, I am waiting to see this done, cause there are deep ditches on both sides and all kinds of trees and utility poles, not to mention people's mail boxes, who he has feuded with in the past !

This street is very narrow, too !

Just wanted to add that hoodlums also dress in 3 piece Armani suits ( $2,000.00) , wear Bruno Magli Rammola shoes ( $415.00), wear Rolex watches ( $10,000.00) and drive cars worth $100,000.00. This type of hoodlum can rob and has robbed people of their life savings without toting a gun and can change your entire life around and cause you to become homeless, lose all of your valuable possessions, lose your family, lose your health insurance, deplete your bank account and devastate your livelihood.

These are the people that I would be afraid of. Innocent folks never see something like that coming. At least when you see a gun toting hoodlum, you can cross the street or never venture off into their neck of the woods if that's what you chose to do. Some powerful CEOs and other execs can fool you and you would never know how big of a hoodlum they are until you lose your life savings that you had been saving for for years.

I am talking about in my lifetime and my experiences and I do know the old "west" was a hostile ruthless place. We have NOT controlled our borders, as God commanded us to do, so we are suffering the effects! When immigrants come to the US legally, they are required to learn our laws, languish and acclimate to the dignity of the people they are going to live near, but with all the peoples yelling "POLITICAL ASYLUM" and out borders being opened to Illegals, that is all over with. God also said to "send those who murder and rape, to me in a public execution and these things will seize to happen, among you", but man's politically correctness, dictates overcrowded prisons, where serial killers get out after hundreds of thousands of dollars are spent to keep them there and they repeatedly commit the same or worse crimes over and over again. We have a sign, on our street, that reads "TRASHY PEOPLE LITTER"! I love it and chuckle everytime I see it. Maybe one would help, if your neighbors can even read English ?

Maybe it is time for a town meeting in your area about enforcing the litter laws? I am so glad I live in "Mayberry" !!! LOL

My brother told me that my nephew has taken on my personality and attitude but not as bad as I was when I was growing up. And that my nephew is more like me than he is ilke his Dad (my brother). I was told recently that my nephew's teacher periodically makes mistakes in giving her student's wrong informatoin in class and my nephew is the only student that catches the mistakes and he will call her on it. The teacher gets mad and sends him to the principal's office but at the end of hearing what happened, the principal can't do anything to my nephew because he didn't do anything wrong. I'm told that a couple of his teacher's don't always prounounce their words correctly and he will correct them and they become embarrassed. Oh well. It is what it is.. :/

I just retired from teaching. I told my kids that if they catch me in an error or a typo on a study sheet that they are rewarded by a trip to the prize box. That makes them listen very closely and carefully read the study sheets. Lol. They had fun and so did I. But the classes in the afternoon got the best deal because by 2:00 I was making more mistakes. Haha

Interesting read today. I saw a big article on MSN to day about Walmart , Xerox and the EBT mess up. Walmart and Xerox are blaming each other for not following protocol . The thing I didn't like about the article is out of 17 States that had the same problem La. Was the only one mentioned. I know we have a lot of corruption It is slowly being addressed . The media always seems to give La. More bad publicity than other states with the same problems. Pam
