Who raises beef? My family raises Black Angus.
Does any one have horses? Yesterday twin lambs were born! Ram and ewe! Jack O' Lantern and Sunday. They are so cute!

I have to ask... Are you in prison and have broke into the warden's office and using his computer? So secretive. Wow!!! Not sure how you're gonna fit in with this group With all the secrets. Just joking. I admitted my secrets as far as my love for matches for burning stuff up and explosives and the hate for people who abuse the food stamp/ebt cards. Lol.
 
So I finally was able to move Miss Broody! We got her a nice size setup in the greenhouse that should be great for her and the babies for awhile. Providing that I didn't disturb her "broodiness". I'm trying not to think about that though!

I just gently laid my sweater over her and gently grabbed the box and went.......no fretting and overthinking! She has gotten used to us coming to her though because we have been bringing her treats so she keeps her strength up..........so I'm hopeful that I didn't disturb her!!

She didn't get up and it was very nearly all the way dark out.

So she should have a pretty draft free nursery for her babies since I put some of the window panes back in that had come out and all the plastic went up around the bottom. Hubby framed out for the door and got the door height fixed up(cheap 21dollar raw wood screen door that we will cover in the plastic after its painted, for winter). I just need to pick up some extra hardware tomorrow for the bottom of the door since he cut it down it needs extra bracing. I really am GETTING SUPER EXCITED about having a greenhouse! Even if it is small. The orchids really seem to love it and I have ALWAYS killed them in the past! I love that it has reclaimed old 9 pane windows too. They are in need of scraping, new glazing for all the little window panes and a good paint job in crisp clean white. As Martha would say, "Its a good thing"

No I am not in prison! lol. I can tell you I am near New Orleans. Here are thing I love: farming, horses, poultry, cattle, sheep, dogs, cats, sowing, chatting on BYC, running around, burning things up, watching things explode, reading, getting dirty, and being a country girl! I live on 200 acres. We have 40-45 grass fed Black Angus and 13, not including our 3 lambs, sheep all grass fed, 30 something chickens that we free range, and 7 horses
