"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

It was my daughters birthday today (No we didn't buy $150 dollars of junk on food stamps :hide  lol.) To top it off I got the virus my daughter had earlier in the week but moping was not an option! There were a lot of people and the kids were so happy to see the horse we saddled her up and gave rides to all of the kids, including one who had never gotten to ride a horse before. Sandy (the horse) got a little grumpy near the end and retired to the barn with a nice bucket of oats.

Apparently my daughter for some reason decided to announce to the entire congregation at church in the morning that I was expecting twins. Well that's news to me honey:hide   Made for a bit of a laugh. She wants siblings so bad!

Hahahahaha. I announced in church that my mother was having a baby when she wasn't pregnant. I wanted a younger sibling. I was the second child. A year later I had a baby brother!!! That was 61 years ago.

You spoke it into existence.

Something is watching over her, she is lucky she didn't blow herself up! You know everyone is different and brains just aren't for everyone :D Your breaks don't just go out! First they either get soft and you have to pump them to stop (leak in break line or low brake fluid) or they squeal like no tomorrow (bad pads).

I know it didn't sound like the truth to me either. I guess I need to be greatful she's five houses down the road. She is lucky when I went outside to talk to Ron about where to put the sink in the studio. The smell of gas was so strong.I asked Ron if he had smelled it he said yes a little, he said Shane had said he smelled it. So a call my neighbor to see if she smelled it. She said when she went out she noticed it really strong. I'm thinking they are crazy, The neighbor hood smells like it you lite a match we're toast. No one thinks to call someone or at lease determine its not there house. So I call the gas co. they say nothing was reported and they would be out to check. So I called it in before she did. She must have ripped the pipes a good one.As strong as the smell was gas guys turned all meters off said don't start your car turn on electric things etc.

WOW. What is the deal with her?

The  chances of me having twins is not unlikely with a lot of twins in both sides of me and hubby's families. In fact he was a twin but his brother died in the womb. I do want at least one more kid but as far as I know I'm not expecting right now.

Let us know when you get the good news that you're expecting twins. It's going to happen. :pop

Isn't it the best feeling when you get to introduce a child to a horse or a chicken, etc. a completely new experience. I love the look on their faces.

You are so right about that. I often have parents come over who have children with learning disabilities (Autism, Down's Syndrome, etc) and to see their child stimulated when the see the animals or touch the animals is priceless. What's even more priceless is when the plop or fall on the ground in chicken poop and start rolling around in it and their parents just let them roll around. That's probably the highlight of their week, so their parents just let them have had it.

So her brakes went out and she ran over the gas meter and never thought to call the gas company?!? Sounds like an extra special case for the health and welfare department! She sounds like she is a danger to herself and others...maybe someone needs to take her car keys, matches, and lighters away...

That's scary. :hide

I guess I should have called the corners office to give her a 3 day vacation under observation. This is f up number 2 for her. I'll be watching her like a hawk and the gloves are off. I cut her a brake when her dog attacked mine, I just reported the dog to animal control. No more mrs. nice guy. She has only been there a month.

And the drama has begun.

Only a month and up for neighbor of the year already? Wow... She'll be a short term tenant, your other neighbors are likely getting fed up as well.

Oh my gosh how cute!
Beautiful day. I took my two dogs to the dog park with my granddaughter. Here's a foto of me with the pups.
