Would a surgical mask work for Lucy?

Hey Prim!  Thanks for checking on Lucy.  She's hanging in there.  I've got the crop bra on her.  I don't like it's design, but it will do until I come up with something better.  I haven't had time to figure something out yet.
I finished with the "go to class" part, now I have to finish my online testing, then background check and schedule state test.  YUCK!!!  I am going to try and finish online today, and do background check.  You know, in between "regular" work.
My youngest makes his first communion this Saturday.  He's very excited.  Everyone with "littles" make sure you take the time to enjoy them being "little"...they grow up SO FAST!!!  It seems like just yesterday that he was a baby.  Now, he's almost finished with second grade. :hit

Kuntry, they gave me my pictures and ovations back!  I guess they felt sorry for me.  Either that or my spelling was so bad, they called "uncle"!  LOL...

Can I give my chickens a cooked chick carcass to peck on without worrying about the bones?

I do with mine as well as crack raw eggs for them to eat. The bones will be picked clean so there is no worry there. The biggest problem people have is pecking live chickens and egg eating with both things. I have never had a problem with either so I personally think it has to do with the flock itself.

Thanks everyone. I ate Angel's chicken (super yum) but the bones could be picked and it would be a good source of protein. And Angel's chickens are not at all greasy.
I'll give a little piece tonight and the carcass tomorrow.

Gertie is stubborn, but she hasn't pecked at me. She just fusses. LOL... However, as long as I can shoo her out of the nest box and she'll go and eat and drink, we can work through it. I just have to keep a close eye on her.
