"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

She's a flock newbie, Newbs are interchangeable for me lol. My core flock of hens are lifers tho :lau. I have a mixed flock she gets along well with. She is one of Broody Blues chicks she raised. I give them scratches and treats, they're getting friendlier, they were scardy cats after Blue weaned them now they're a lil gang :gig we got a bunch of chicks for egg layers, I can spare a friend for Prim. It may take some adjustment time but I'd bet they'd do great together. They range and roost with my full size hens and if it doesn't work out she can come back too. She's hatchery quality RIR tho.

That is so sweet!!! None of mine are fancy show hens, we welcome all. Let me work on the yard to set up a private coop for her until she is accepted. I'll let her run outside under supervision. They don't peck Prim in the yard, it's a coop issue.

I'll text you. I DEFINATELY want to pay a good price if she stays. I think I'll enlarge the yard again. Lol. I was thinking of that anyway. There is plenty of room now but I like them to have lots of roaming space.

A bunch of random stuff I planted that I gave up on a re did soil/garden replanted new seedlings, are starting to sprout up in places lol random pea plant...radish...mustard green...squash :gig im letting them be! Nature can garden for me since the fairy seems naughty.
I need to put out a call for the garden fairy.   I didn't think I was going to have anything this year.  I never was able to do much.  Just  a small row of scarlatt something beans and they never came up.  I looked out today and they are 18" tall.   Better get myself out and plant something else.   Hey I found Top pick pink eyed purple hulled peas at the feed store.  I've been looking for a year and  got 1/2 lb.  :weee

She's here when your ready, no rush. She ranges and knows how to avoid a grumpy hen lol and is young enough to learn Primrose is the boss without much argument. I hope they get along great :)

Not sure if these pics are good enough but any thoughts if Athena is, in fact, maybe an Athens? She is 9 weeks old and about 20-30% larger than the rest of the girls!

Looks like my 10 week old poulets!

I'm not sure whether it was the (good) chicken fairies or the BAD fairies that brought Kuntrygirl 100 meaties. We have to ask her. JS. We can also ask her about the peacock fairy, duck fairy, sheep fairy, and let us not forget the fairy that specializes in fertility, the fertile animal fairy. Not many people ever met this fairy bec it's always at Kuntrygirl's house. She can also tell us about whether the fertile animal fairy is a good or bad fairy.

You are on a roll!!!! Awesome again!! Kuntry has been so blessed!! We just have to make sure that fertility fairy STAYS at Kuntry's house!!
