"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

How long do you leave these hanging? All year? And how many do you put? Thanks

go get a couple boxes of them at Dollar General & fill up a stocking & hang a couple of those around. I also pour them down armadillo holes -- they will leave & not come back! and you can put them around the outside perimeter of your garden & the squirrels will leave your tomatoes & stuff alone-- but don't put them there if you have dogs or other pets roaming around.

Moccasin (fanged and venomous, also common down here I'm learning), snakes I know. Fear them I don't, even the ones I should lol, I have studied them for many moons and bred large constrictors for years, but the ones that can kill you are so common here we kill 2-4 each Spring and again in fall. Copperheads scare me a bit. No rattling , great camo, not too aggressive so you don't notice movement but don't run away either so they're easy to step on or sit on and can be deadly.

Yuck yuck yuck yuck

We gave our little broody Frizz a few eggs to hatch. We have noticed the last few days the CUTEST thing! The other 3 bantam hens that are in with her go upstairs with her and eat and drink up there........talk to her......they sit on the opposite side, not crowding her and just keep her company. They are downstairs hardly at all now! I think it is just so sweet. Two of them are trying to give her more eggs
