I think I have a couple of little cockerels. A Black Copper Marans and a Blue Copper Marans. Hmmmm........ I'm trying to decide what I'm going to do with any little cockerels out of that batch. Try to caponize for the first time, or try to find them homes.......... I still need some told if I'm going to try caponizing.

Have you tried to locate the testes on one you already sent to frezzer camp? Pam

Ok. I've set a dozen brown eggs. Hens are RIR, roos are RIR, white leghorn, and EE. I've numbered and weighed them. I need a waiting room so I can pace and chain smoke for the next 21 days.

My other Biefeleders hen started laying yahoo!!! Now I'm offering hatching eggs! And hatch more chicks!!! e in other news the black poulet with the deformed leg we noticed the other leg is messed up too we need to cull her but the guinea is attached and watches out for her so I need to get a mate before we can cull her. Might be seeing Terri sooner than I thought. Pam

Oh gosh, Pam, that's not even a joke. I've gone to look at them at least a dozen times. I don't smoke, but this hatch may drive me to start.

21 days is gonna be a looooonnnnggggg time Camping. You make have to pick up another hobby to ease your mind.........so you don't lose it.
