"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

This is the funniest chicken lady ever! And besides, I always loved Jay Leno. I hope this link works. Jay Leno and Boo boo the chicken.

The alarm goes off in the middle of the night so I've been up quite a few times running over to his house to reset it. Hopefully we will get a schdule worked out and she will clam down and work the pump. I need to sleep through the night. As soon as things calm down some I'll ship to you. Hopefuuly next week. Thanks so much for understanding. Pam

Pam, i finally figured out where th egg laying switch was for Hazel, i put George with her, after the fourth mount, which only takes about 4 minutes, i took her out and left him with my white leghorns, then took him out and replace Hazel, she hardly miss's a day now, and her eggs have gone blue again.:weee Olive egger from last hatch back view Blondie, EE Who knows, a mystery chick from a brown egg F2 OE F1 OE, little hairy legs My new breeder, Brown Red Ameracaunas, i have several hens that are Brown Red SOP for him to play with . 2 days of eggs, we have been as high as 44 1 day, but a steady 40 a day, I sold 16 dz brown eggs today and 3 dz blue/green/olive hatching eggs today and 3 OE Chicks from Dec. hatch.
Great new TD. I've have the Jill Reese line now if you stick with CCL's they could add different gentics when you get to that point. Good to here from you. I've aquired quite a few breeds I know you were looking at Isbars I have them they are to young to lay now but in the future I'll have them. My son turned my hearter off in the brooder. The Isbars jumped in with my chicks and kept them warm they would have died if not for the Isbars. So I falling for them big time. Pam

Y'all, I'm so excited about all this hatching. I can't wait to set my next eggs in March. When I think about the eggs I'm buying, and the eggs birdman is shipping, I can hardly breathe. I'm working on lining up high quality SS eggs from a couple of sources; when they ship I'll probably have to take up (pretend) chain smoking again.

I just got some white sussex so I shall see what you find so special abut them. They have black on their head and neck. Pam

We are planning a poultry swap near Jena in April, still working out date and location. I will post info as soon as we have it.
That sounds great TD. I'll definitely come. May not have any birds to swap but I'd like to meet you and Bobo if he's there also.

Hopefully some other "Layers" can make it also.

Good to see you back Pam. Sending you good thoughts that things will get better for you.
