Normally I'd say no but he is feathering out grey which is the right color. The baby down was light grey. That is normal too but is usually darker. Let me post you chick pics hopefully I have them at this age.

Judging the last two pics the answer is yes.

Were you confused on sex or breed for the legbar? I know it is a legbar because he came from the male and female I got from you. And it looks like it is feathering in like the male to me.
