I have 6 hens (hopefully) 2 Buff Orpington, 2 Blue Lace Wyandotte, 2 Australorp. I purchased them at the local feed store the 1st of May...I started with the TS little coop in my profile and very quickly had to up grade to a 6 X 12 coop with run.

Thank you! Yes, I spend a lot of time in the yard. I let the girls out while I work. I can't leave them out by themselves because I live in a remote area with Owls, Chicken Hawks and fox. They love going under the pool deck, Im sure because its cooler there.

Just curious as to what chicken breeds you have?

I have cream legbars, cuckoo marans, ameraucanas, Oliver eggers, Easter eggers, and just added true blue whitings.
