I checked the classifieds in every location in Louisiana. I did see a bunch of silkies but they are pet quality. I saw one that though and will be going see her soon. I will check the market bulletin! Just keep an ear out for me if you hear about any breeders here in LA! Thanks

Missi - If you find anybody please let me know! I have 5 (out of a hatch of 6) Ameracauna roos starting to crow! Is there anybody in this state who even processes at all? I've called everywhere I can think of w/no luck.

I think I finally goaded him into to trying it by telling him anymore that can process a deer from start to finish can do the same thing with a little ole chicken!! But anyway getting back to the what he owed us my hubby told him the only thing he owed us was to let us know when they are processing their birds so we can come over and learn how to do it!! So at least we'll get to experience this first hand with people that know what their doing!!
