You know I was going to post to you last night and I forgot! I wanted to apologize cause I gave you some wrong information. It looks like Wal-Mart no longer sells the 85 watt red bulbs. I broke one of mine

and have been to 3 in my area and not one of them had any!! No I have to try to find one somewhere's. Home Depot had one that was an energy saver it was like 43 watts = 100 watts and it didn't get warm at all!!

Try Lowe's. That is where I got mine.

Good looking tractor!
I've been too crazy busy to post pics of my wheel progress. I'll be sure to do it tomorrow.

Thanks... You know my husband figured out a way for me to do it. I'm going to get a rod that fits my wheels that's about 4 1/2 feet long. Their going to put 2 holes on each end and I'll have a carter pin on the one closest to the wood slide the wheel on and then put another carter pin to hold the wheel in place. The rod will stay in all the time and I'm going to get 2 cabinet like handles and I will just lift one end put the tire and carter pin on and them lift the other side and do the same. Shouldn't be to bad. We're also going to put a rope on the from to pull it with!!

I do wanna see your pics. I found the neatest idea last night they took lawn mower tires and used them. You know how it has the lever to move the tires up and down?? That's what they used!! It was so neat!!

I sooo thought that I came up with that!

I was scrapping with a friend, and threw out many push mowers. If I had only known that I could have used the wheels for tractors....
There were also some great nest boxes that could have been bent back into shape, and fridges that could have made great bators.

Mine are just bike tires, and I kept the original axles on them by drilling a hole through square tubing, then attaching the axle on one side (leaving the nut on the inside of the tubing. I could never explain it, so I'll get some pics tomorrow.

I just built a bator with an aquarium heater thermostat, a fan from an old hard drive, and a fish shipping box. The only thing I can't find is one of the many digital thermometers I had. I proly gave it away when I sold aquariums.
DIY types should also be hoarders!
