Ha Ha Ha.... This is so me!! Someone will ask we "What do you think about this, that or whatever" and the first thing I ask is do you want me to be honest or lie?? I try not to seriously hurt anyones feelings but sometimes it's unavoidable.

I think I finally got up enough nerve to TRY to process some of my young roosters. I was never able to actually do the deed before but I don't mind plucking feathers, cutting and cleaning. It's just that first step I have difficulty with. I was wondering if this little thing in this picture below will do the job. I have about 5 of them that I need to process. If this won't do, then what can I use?

I would hate to go out there and start this and then panic and faint and not recover from the high temps outside. To then have my animals jump on me and poop all on my face and no one find me until the next morning.
