I think we kinda get use to the smell, my wife use to say my scovies stunk but I really didnt smell them.
 
Yea my wife says she can smell it, but I'm out there a lot & I don't really notice. She loved them as chicks, but not so much now that they are bigger. She is scared of the roo's, but some times I can get her to put the hens into the coop at night.
