Gave the dewormer to Mr Gobbles earlier today and now he's turning down food! I dont know if it was just to late for him or if the meds are upsetting his stomach. I guess I'll see how he is in the morning.

Did you give him Ivermectin? If so ..you most probly upset his stomach. It is a very strong dewormer.Try getting at the very least pedialyte or something down him.Maybe some bland yogurt if you have it. cooked grits may help too. Real watery a lil bit on your finger or something and put into his mouth.Watery is better,because it is easier to work down his throat(without choking him) and provides a lil hydration.
