Oh yea. We experiment making wine over here. Got some grape and persimmon wine that will soon be ready.

Congrats Terri!

Nothing much going on over here, I fried backstrap, gator and fries today at work for our thanksgiving dinner. Then spent what seemed like rest of the day cleaning my mess. I'm a messy cook especially when frying.
Chickens are laying like crazz.

How is everyone on this pre Thanksgiving day?? I'm one whooped puppy!!

I've made cheesecake with a warm blueberry topping, chocolate pie, lemon cheesecake, pralines, and I got my rolls on the first rise now!!

It's been quite and enjoyable day!!

I also moved my teenagers to the outside brooder and cleaned all their mess up!!

Hope you all have a great evening, gotta go inject the turkey now!!

Persimmons freeze great too!! Was thinking about making some bread tonight but my get up and go has just about got up and left!!

Whoooeeee I understand Missi. I got 2 apple carmel, 1 plain and 3 cherry cheescakes done 2 chocolate pies and 1 bannanna pudding done. 2 full tubs of duck dressing. 1 hen dressing finishinf up. Got to get 4 turkeys 2 fried 2 smoked and 2 hams to get done before the big duck hunt in the morning. Bad thing is I aint gettin none of it

I evidentley got picked for the prize of cooking.
Gonna be a long night.

Having a quiet day tomorrow here -- just me & Jim & my folks. Boiled some eggs to make deviled eggs tomorrow morning, & a batch of rolls & the cranberrry-orange relish.
