Alright Mike, I have a question for you? Have you ever had an Ameraucana rooster lose his beard? I have a picture of my split rooster from the fall showing a full beard, and now he's got much of nothing? Could he have lost it fighting with my other rooster while I wasn't looking? I'm at a loss!

I need help solving the mystery of the rooster with the disappearing beard!

All these pictures of silkies and turkey poults made me want to post a couple of mine! The turkeys are a black color, which surprised me because both the parents are a chocolate slate color

The silkies were hatched last week. I have a blue partridge and what looks to be a silver showgirl

Lol the only time I have seen one disapear was during molt or a roo being beat up by others either another roo or the hens. Get a pic and post

Bad weather this morning. Roads in my area have already started to flood.

Yeah, talk about your "mad, wet hens" -- I've sure got 'em at our place! I was fussed at thoroughly when I opened the coop this morning. It may also have been for my fashionable attire of mud boots & bright yellow rain slicker over sleep tee.

Yep hope everyone can float,swim or has a good prow , I need an instructional manuel for installing floaties on chickens lmao
We are flooded in and cant go anywhere maybe for another day
