Whatever you do... keep that NH pullet you got from me and don't let anything happen to her or give her back to me.You can come pick and have any hen or pullet that I have from any breed that I have for trade if you want. But seriously, if you ever think you want to get rid of her for any reason, I want her back!!! She has the best tail that I have seen to date from an American/German cross bird. It gives me some hope that I may be able to reproduce that again with the birds that I have!!! I guess I'll be cranking the incubators back up after all just to see!!!![]()
Chris
I'm not crazy about my FL pullets but the pullet you have is the result of one of my OK cockerels over a FL pullet. All of my pullets from AL, FL and OK have the same problem but crossing them just might be the answer for me. Yep, as soon as I got home today, I went and put the girls back in with the boys that I had them with when I hatched your chick.Chris i agree....think it is even better than the ones i got from Florida and she is 2 weeks younger. Yes....i think you should turn the incubator back on cuz i will be in line again!![]()
next spring we will definitely have to trade eggs and see what hatches!!! i'm even down for a 1 out of 4 hatch if she turns out like i think she will.
I have two you can pick from, lol. One is almost 6 months old and the other is about 4 months.Guess what! My 3 GNHs are all pullets! There may be hope for me after all! Just gotta find myself a new rooster
