Wats fried ice cream

I have absolutely no idea, but it sounds strange so Im all for it in honesty

I've never had fried ice cream, but my understanding is they take ice cream that is like frozen hard, bread it, and then deep fry it just long enough that the breading crisps without the ice cream melting all the way through. It doesn't sound overly appealing to me, but I'm not huge into fried foods in general, honestly.

I've only had it twice...at a Mexican restaurant. It was so good!

Yeah but its so good! And there's normal icecream underneath with fried on top!

Fried food does go with ice cream well. Try dipping fries into soft vanilla. “Zowie, Batman!”
