Love Ice cream or hate it??

I tried it yesterday with cinnamon toast and vanilla ice cream and I actually thought it was pretty good. It wasn't all that different than eating ice cream in a cone or waffle bowl, in my opinion.

Ice cream isn't very spreadable. And wouldn't it melt into the toast and make it soggy?

Thats a good point, but I use a soft icecream that works pretty well, although not 100% covered.
And nope, the toast holds up pretty well!
