I used my cutter, to make quail eggs over easy with herbs!

I bet this would have bee great over asparagus and with a light hollandaise! YUM!!! But regardless- here is a picture!

I'm putting off buying the things, because I've gotten pretty good at cutting them open with a knife, but may invest in the things in the future.
