Love my Young rooster but I’m sure my neighbors don’t like his constant crowing. Any suggestions ?

Welcome!
If it's legal to have him where you live, ask your neighbors about it. There are likely laws about excessive noise, check about that, because an unhappy neighbor could file complaints about that.
Barking dogs are worse anywhere!!!
Here we can have any livestock, and we have asked the neighbors anyway for feedback, and no complaints. The folks who are closest said they liked to hear them, sounds 'country', and it does.
Some birds do talk more than others, true. One of my roosters is also a loudmouth; he wants to be larger than he is!

:welcome Realistically the only solution is a new home for him. Roosters crow it's what they do. He may calm down some as he matures, but most likely will always be a frequent crower.
If you can’t have him, I agree with @sourland and find a home for him. Roosters get a bad rap for doing what their instinct tells them to do. He may calm down as well but maybe do a census of your neighbors and see how they feel about it.

We live in a suburb where roosters aren't allowed, but at least two of my neighbors have them. When we had two roosters, I asked all the immediate neighbors if they'd be ok with me having them and they all said yes and that it reminded them of their home countries and childhoods (my neighbors are mostly BIPOC). We ended up getting rid of the roosters since they crowed at all hours of the day and night, although honestly the constant dog barking is much more maddening to me. So I would recommend checking with your local animal ordinance, asking your neighbors, or rehoming him, in that order.
