skin color wrong, and it doesn't 'look' like a silkie chick

The legs are a charcoal on the front with the yellowish color you see on the back. I can't wait to see what this baby turns out to be.

they get chicks from alot of hatcheries, that might have been the hatchery from last week,

the only 'hatchery' that I know of that has dorkings is sandhill, and they don't supply TSC, plus they technically are not a regular hatchery, so not likely a dorking.

So many unusual looking chicks in that "Common/commercial/comm. black pullet bin"!
I have some from a bin labelled "Comm. black pullets", and she's feathering in differently than ecpected.
Hope you post an update of your chick once she starts to feather!

His behind is all wet. Does it have diarrhea? I think I would put some tylan in the water or some kind of antibiotic. I hate for it to be sick.

That is NOT an EE and she is not a roo! That is a tiny single comb, and those five toes are definitely not a common trait among chickens! My best bet would be a pretty little dorking hen.
Houdans have little hats, favorelles have feathered legs, your bird does NOT have silky feathering, and sultans have poofy heads as well. So that leaves us with dorking, even though the leg color may be off! Hatcheries don't have perfect birds, then again, even breeders have imperfections in their flocks!!!!
