Funny, my SLW was the first to start laying and is still today our most reliable layer. Her name is Sunny.

Our SLW "Hen-rietta" must be a little older, because she is the only hen that has laid any eggs yet. Unless it is normal to buy 6 pullets that are the same age and only one lay eggs for 4 weeks before the other ones do?

That's how it was for me. Sunny had been laying eggs for weeks before the others started, and they are all the same age.
