Low Protein Feed

Hi!
I was wondering if anyone knew of a low protein and possibly organic commercial feed. If not, a recipe would work also.

Southern States has an All Grain Maintainer feed. 14% protein meant for post production layers and breeders. It's not organic, but at least it's all grain, which is the important thing. Also about $3 cheaper per 50# bag compared to layer feed

Why is all grain important? Chickens need animal protein.
