Low protein?

What are some things that can increase protein for quail? I have some quail chicks and their protein is 12.5 I did my research and that was dangerously low. I can’t go out today so what are some things that I can feed them that have high protein?

You can feed them some scrambled or hard boiled eggs.

Boiled egg is a good temporary solution.

Cat food (kibble)...it runs 30% protein and will work temporarily.
