Lower eye problem on one side of face

My hen has had consistent problems with her right eye. When I got her after a few weeks the right side of her face around her eye became swollen so I took her back to the breeder who said it looked like a blister and treated with antibiotics. There were no other symptoms, no puss and she acted normally. I picked her back up and there was improvement but still slight swelling which went away in a couple of days. However yesterday the eye looked swollen again and today it looks like the membrane of the lower eye is exposed and there are a couple of bubbles. No other symptoms, doesn’t smell and still acts normally. I tried looking for pus but nothing there and it doesn’t move. What is causing this and how do I treat it? Thanks so much in advance!!!

I suspect she has a mild strain of Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG.)
Keep her away from other birds and get her started on an antibiotic such as tylan, baytril, or denagard.
