They wer $399 here (Flint, MI), too, but someone else on BYC bought one for $199 - I called the one in Flint and asked them if they would match the price, and they said yes, they would! They did call to verify that the store in Savannah, GA, did have them for $199, and then sold it to me. They told me at the checkout that they weren't selling well at all for some reason.

I don't think they have window, either - just a hole, so I'll need to buy some plexiglass or something. But, for my use, it'll be perfect!

I can't see them selling that well for $399, but $199 is a great deal. I just love mine!

Well I found 9 Lowes stores within driving distance...they all have $399 on the website. However, tomorrow I'll call each store manager and see if they will match the $149 in Kankakee Illinois. It is even listed for $149 on the Lowes website so I'll tell the manager to look on the website and we'll see!

I wouldn't pay $399 but I sure would pay $149.
