Lowe's playhouse coop- insulate against drafts

I just nabbed the last closeout Belamy Playhouse kit at Lowe's here and am putting it together now for my birds… but do I need to add some paneling or something to insulate against drafts, since there's a lot of gaps all over where the siding meets?

You can try silicone sealant. I used that for roof panel cracks.
