Hi guys, my little boy is a 2 month-old Serama. I've noticed this lump between his wattles today...

I wonder what could it be?

I don't know what it could be but to make it easier for others to answer:
Does it feel hard or soft?
His eye looks odd to me, is it always that cloudy looking?
Take a look in his beak, do you see anything down there that looks wrong? Any yellow or white lumps? Is there a smell from his beak/nose area?
How is his appetite? Is he drinking? Any symptoms in the rest of the flock? And what do they eat?
Answers will help those who follow to better advise, hopefully someone will be along shortly. Best of luck with him!

What is that in his mouth? Is it just a spot on the pic or could he have canker or an infection or something stuck in his mouth? That could cause swelling under the tongue, which could cause swelling in that area, along with the discharge/drooling from the mouth.

I agree that clearer photos may help of the eye, inside the beak and throat, and the wattles. How old is the chicken? Are there any respiratory symptoms, eye drainage or crust, gasping or problems breathing? Is there any bad odor? The swelling between the wattles could possibly be a tumor or swelling from a respiratory disease. Here is a picture of a tumor between the wattles of Mareks disease:
