Lump by eye

I have a Partridge Silkie that has a lump by its eye. It is now 6 weeks old and I just noticed it yestarday. Any idea what it is? Thank you

Well its been 2 weeks and no suggestions. Now the lump is at least double in size and the eye has foam like bubbles on it. The chick is now 9 weeks old and eat and drinks just fine but I dont think it can see out of its eye. It zig zags when it runs but it seems happy and healthy otherwise. Any ideas?

I see this is an old thread and I don't see any follow up but I'll add to it that whenever I hear "foam like bubbles" I immediately suspect coryza. I can't find any of my really good links right now, but a search on this forum will certainly get you started.
