Lump chickens head

I would look to see if she is being pecked or hurting herself. Stings can cause swelling. Are there any bees or other stinging insects where she stays? Some use a one time dose of benadryl 1/2 of a 25 mg tablet orally to see if the swelling goes down.

Similar bump/lump on the neck - where is it located on the neck?
I finally got a picture as she was scratching, it’s on the side of neck below the ear.

I ended up giving her benadryl but the swelling did not go down unfortunately.

The second bump looks a bit like a feather cyst. You could try exploring with a sterilized sewing needle to see if ther is pus and a feather inside. Tumors, are very common in chickens, and 2 different viruses can be responsible for some of those. Mareks disease is more common, and lymphoid leukosis is another. Hopefully neither of those is the problem.

I’ve read about mareks and leukosis, but don’t even want to think about those possibilities otherwise that means the rest of the flock is infected. Feather cyst seems to be a possibility and it can actually go away on its own according to google. But if the neck one is a feather cyst then the head one should be a feather cyst too? They occurred back to back Saturday (head lump) Sunday (neck lump).

It’s actually the same chicken. I was initially more concerned about the lumps since they appeared out of nowhere, overnight.
Ahh, ok.
Then I would say it may all be related. https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/chicken-with-thick-legs.1488391/post-24813953
I would wonder if it may be related to Lyphoid Leukosis - the swelling of the comb and lump on the neck along with the legs.
Hard to know. BUT you may want to explore the neck lump just to see if there is an embedded feather follicle that is causing trouble there.
Are her hock joints swollen as well? Mycoplasma synovitis (MS) can cause swollen ankles and hocks. That is a bacterial infection of the joints, and may cause mild respiratory symptoms, or none at all. Osteopetrosis or marble leg syndrome is a type of lymphoid leukosis, and the legs are thick and hard. Is this hen mixed with any other breeds, such as a cornish? Here is a picture of a rooster with osteopetrosis:
