Lump in beak

Hi, I have 9 weeks old chicks. When I was checking them, I noticed a small lump in top of the beak. Most of them have lumps on beak and some has blood in it. Some has small and some has big and some has none. There is only one lump and that lump is same colour as beak and have a black spot. Is it fowl pox or injury? Please help me.

That looks like a sore made by sticking the beak through metal fencing or being cut by a sharp feeder. Those are very common. It should heal up, but I would try to find where it came from.
