Lump on 1 month old Rooster

My rooster's right chest area has a lump on it. There is not a lump on the left side, just the right. Wing, leg, and neck movement is fine. There's just a lump that sticks out. Its not open and there's no sore. Just a lump. Should I be concerned?
 
i just found one of my RIR hens head! just like you discribed on your rooster....Please help me too!

It could be. He does eat a lot. But I'm new at this so I don't really know what the crop is. Hes my first ever chick. I think he needs to go on a diet though.
