Lump on baby chick

I have a.chick who is 15 days ild and after we gave it a.bath there was a lump on the side.of her.neck. We have fed her some bread and chick starter food. I am not sure what is wrong. Is it her/his crop?

Hard to see the location with her stretched out like that, but I Imagine the bump is her crop. The normal location for a crop would be on the righter aspect of the thorax. If the area feels more like air, a ruptured air sac is a possibility. Can I ask why you were bathing her? That is not recommended in chicks due to the high risk of hypothermia.

When we bought him from the pet store he.was covered.in poop and such so we gave it.a.bath in lukewarm water.
