Lump on chest full of hen scratch

My hen has a lump just above her chest and it feels like hen scratch seeds is this normal?

That's the crop. It's where food is stored before passing into the gizzard to be ground up and digested. It's normal.

It sounds as if you are describing her crop, and yes it is normal if that indeed is the case. It's sort of a storage place for food to later enter the digestive tract.

Ok thank you all I was worried she had a digestion problem because it looks big I let her free range during the day and I put feed out also
