Lump on Chicken Bottom: Need Help

4 mo old red orpington hen has lump on her bottom. Noticed it today. No blood, no trauma. Possible feather cyst? What should I do? She seems fine otherwise. Eating, drinking, walking. Would appreciate any input. Thank you!!

I know a lot of people on here have an issue when I say this, however personally I would lance it, drain it, put Neosporin on it and keep a close eye on it.

Agree with @Rickba . Sterilized needle or scalpel, drain, triple antibiotic. Reminds me of an ingrown hair (feather) bump. Chickens get them too.
